Hello! We always try our best to come up with the fairest event policies, and we understand that unforeseen things happen. The following Refund Policy aims to balance your changing needs and the effort of offering our products and services. Should you still have any questions, please contact us

  • Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time by sending a cancellation request via email.
  • Subscription cancellation requests will be processed in the most timely manner possible.
  • You will lose access to any services or groups as soon as your cancellation request is processed. Any remaining time on your subscription will be forfeited.
  • If you choose to leave a community group you must remember to send a cancelation request to ensure you will no longer be charged.
  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of an online course, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • Email info@cirak.com and put REFUND REQUEST as the subject. Please include your name, title of course, date and price of the purchase. Allow up to 10 business days to process your refund. Your bank may take additional time to show the credit to your account.

Unfortunately, registrations for online workshops, webinars, livestreams, and other online events are non-refundable once purchased.

  • You may cancel up to 30 days before the start of the retreat to receive a 50% refund.
  • If you find someone to take your spot, you will receive a 100% refund at any time.
  • For double occupancy packages where one guest cancels, the remaining guest is responsible for paying the balance due for a single occupancy package.
  • If you leave the event early for any reason, no refunds or vouchers are issued.
  • Private Sessions and Session Packages are 50% refundable within one week of purchase as long as no sessions have been utilized. They are non-refundable after that.
  • Session appointments may be rescheduled once without penalty up to 24 hours prior to the booked time.
  • The entire session is forfeited if:
    • You fail to show up
    • You cancel within 24 hours of the booked time
    • You need to reschedule for the 2nd time
  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product purchase, you may return the product(s) within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund of the amount paid for the returned item(s). Shipping to you is non-refundable, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Email info@cirak.com and put REFUND REQUEST as the subject. Please include your name, product, date and price of the purchase. Once your return is received, allow up to 10 business days to process your refund. Your bank may take additional time to show the credit to your account.

US Domestic Orders

  • US Domestic Orders that are In Stock will typically leave the warehouse within 1-5 business days
  • Expedited orders must be placed before 11am PT to ship the next business day. Note: FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes
  • Our Free Shipping promotional offers are only applicable to domestic US orders shipped via USPS Priority Ground
  • Please note Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays are not considered business days

International Orders

  • Orders shipping internationally are typically processed and shipped within 1-5 business days
  • Please expect delivery within 7-14 business days from ship date. 
  • Please note: All international orders are subject to applicable duties and taxes to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. All unpaid duties and taxes will automatically be charged to the customer’s credit card.
  • Please note Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days.
