Nothing separates you from the greatness that you are, other than the resistance you create to it by judging yourself. Judging is resisting. Every judgment creates resistance — even positive judgments. Making any value statement about anything, good or bad, breaks the connection with what’s in front of you. It creates a moment of separation between yourself and the reality in front of you. Because you judge almost uninterruptedly, all your judging adds up to a lot of separation. You are constantly distorting reality. Your natural state is to not judge. Judging is resistance to life, and any resistance you introduce creates problems for you…
