Balance

Balance

Life is about balance. Life is balance. Even when you’re not judging, balance is inherent. You cannot not judge, without the awareness that judging exists.

The physical realm is built upon the balance of duality. It requires both ends of the spectrum to exist. You can never experience any part, without conjuring up its counterpart. That means at some level, you need to be comfortable with balancing everything that exists. You cannot deny or reject any part of your experience of life. Denying or rejecting something pulls you towards the negative pole, inviting more of what you don’t want into your experience.

Stay open for all possibilities of life. Whether you deem a situation positive or negative, is irrelevant. Most important is to stay connected to the experience of it. Experiencing is unfiltered reality. If you judge the situation, you start interfering with your pure experience of it. You create resistance and get pulled into a me-vs-the-world mindset. All suffering comes from your resistance to letting life unfold as it may.

You never have to deny your judgments. You just have to notice them. Noticing them releases their grip on you. They only control you when you’re not aware of them. The moment you’re aware of them, you control them. Suddenly, there is an opening in which you are free to experience the reality in front of you, without the distorting filter of your judgments.

When you become aware of your judgments, a balance sets in. You’re not as reactive anymore. All things occupy your field of vision equally. Fewer things trigger you. Self-limiting beliefs give way to feelings of confidence and abundance. Endless abundance is your natural state. Endless abundance is nature’s nature. You are an expression of nature. Find your balance, and you find you.

How balanced are you?
